1. Apply your favourite cream or oil (or you can put on a face mask).
2. Gently but firmly, starting from the neck, move the large roller in an outward and upward motion.
3. From the centre of your face, repeat this motion 3 times on your jawline, lower cheek and cheekbones. Use the small roller for your under-eye, then continue with the large roller to end on your forehead. 
4. Repeat steps on the other half of your face.
