DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Confetti-Living send deliveries to both Australia and International customers. We use both Australia Post and Courier Services. Only Australia Post deliveries can be made to PO Box addresses.

PROCESSING ORDERS

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Courier Service contact you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Confetti-Living.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at confettilivingaustralia@gmail.com. International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it is posted. If we are requested to make alternate shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will be subject to the delivery service selected but is usually 2-7 days depending on location. Remote regional areas may take longer.

DELIVERY ISSUES

It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 4 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect  item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging and will be at our cost.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

Free delivery (Australia wide) for all orders over $100

All orders under $100 are sent at standard postage as calculated at checkout.

All orders and postage (if applicable) must be paid via our payment options at the time of submitting your order.

ORDERS SENT TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS

Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Confetti-Living uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternate form of postage is required, please contact customer service to discuss.

All orders and postage must be paid via our payment options at the time of submitting your order. If an International order is entitled to a GST refund, this will occur after payment but before the order has been posted. 

Some parcels sent overseas may be quarantined by Customs if an additional fee is required to release the parcel. Please check the applicable Customs Laws in your country before placing your order. Confetti-Living is not liable to pay any Customs fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
