DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Confetti Living sends deliveries to Australian and USA customers. As well as we also provide international shipping. This shipping policy is a part of our Confetti Living policy. Before placing an order, customers should take a look at our shipping policy.
PROCESSING ORDERS
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Courier Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Confetti Living.

Our Shipping Fee is $15 for orders up to $49.99. We provide free shipping for orders over $50.00 (Free Shipping)
- Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Processing Time: 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)
- Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 11pm (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
- Transit Time: Our Transit Standard Time: 3-5 working days. (Monday-Friday)
We charge the following fees for USA shipping:
For USA We will ship our products from our warehouse. ( Miami, Florida)
Our Shipping is 7.00$. (Flat rate).

- Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 11 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
- Transit Time: Our Transit or Shipping Standard Time: 3-4 working days. (Monday-Friday)
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance with tracking at tomf@confettiliving.com.au. If we are requested to make alternate shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders.

DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 4 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging which will be at our cost.
